Unlike many of our competitors, we don't focus on time to respond to a problem, we measure ourselves on time it takes to resolve a problem. We think this is what matters to our customers and so this is what we work to. We prioritise and escalate mission critical problems and manage to resolve 90% of all technical support calls remotely, resulting in fast effective support for our customers.
